Corrupted Power
The Watch is bad here. Their abuse of their authority is so audacious, so grievous, so cruel, that the god of justice placed a curse upon their profession; any man joining their ranks would see himself turned into a pig-faced monster over the course of his first year on the job. Rather than repenting, reforming, or disbanding, the Watch has doubled down, wearing their porcine features with pride, declaring it the cross they bear for their noble service. They call themselves "Officers of the Peace", but to everyone else, they're just "the Pigs".
