Shutirah

An island chain  exploding with life after a minor god died and collapsed into the sea. The strange inhabitants of the islands and the surrounding seas are all shaped by the corpse’s presence. Danger, mystery, and powerful artifacts can all be found among them.

Designed for the Zungeon jam in 2025 Shutirah is a Shadowdark RPG compatible Hexcrawl of Islands with a floating village of lashed together boats and a small dungeon delve into the skull of a long dead celestial. Based on a small pocket mod hexcrawl I made with my partner, Alyssa Yeo, in 2024.

Inside you will find:

• A cluster of 7 hexes, each frothing with mystery and danger.
• 3 Adventure hooks to entice your players.
• 2 World-changing entities with 4 omens each.
• 6-room dungeon full of weird celestial remnants.
• A cast of 9 monster stat blocks and 2 magic items.
• The floating village of Coracle Quay with 3 factions and 4 facilities.
